Activities

Shotokan Karate-Do (SKIF System) is a traditional Japanese martial art that includes kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring). The study of karate is an inner search for growth and self-discipline, which encompasses many ideals.

All instruction and certification is authentic and directly affiliated with SKIF Japan, one of the largest and finest karate organizations in the world.

*A white karate uniform is required for the class and may be ordered through the instructor at the first class.

Instructor is Sensei James Shea 7th Dan SKIF (more than 47 years' experience).
