One Day Liquor License Applications

One Day Liquor License Applications - Longmeadow Adult Center Community Fund
LACCF has applied for two One-Day Liquor Licenses for the following events at the Longmeadow Adult Center: 1/5/2023 - Art Show, 5 pm -7:30 pm, and 1/26/23 - International Dinner, 5 pm - 7:30 pm. Please see attached.

Animal Control Officer Designation 2023
In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 140, Section 151, the mayor of each city and the Select Board of each town shall annually designate an animal control officer (“ACO”), who may be a police officer or constable. The mayor or Select Board shall immediately submit to the commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (“Department”) the names, addresses and dates of hire of such animal control officer(s).
Vote: To designate Martylee Caramante as the Longmeadow Animal Control Officer (ACO) for 2023.

Set Date for 2023 Annual Town Meeting
Vote: To set the 2023 Annual Town Meeting date and location as Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 7 pm in the Longmeadow High School Gymnasium.

Vote to enter Executive Session
Vote to enter into Executive Session in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) (3), to discuss strategy with regard to anticipated litigation, discussion of which in open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and the Chair so declares, not to reconvene in Open Session.
