Vote to enter Executive Session

Vote to enter into Executive Session in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) (3), to discuss strategy with regard to anticipated litigation relative to natural gas matters, DPW site, and LCTV operating agreement, discussion of which in open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and the Chair so declares, to reconvene in Open Session following the Executive Session.
