Vote to enter Executive Session

Vote to enter into Executive Session in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) (3), to discuss strategy with regard to anticipated litigation relative to gas related matters and collective bargaining, discussion of which in open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town and the Chair so declares, not to reconvene in open session.
