1. How come I can't pay for everything I register in the office for with a credit card or my Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department account credit??

Sponsored Sports Associations, such as football, soccer, basketball, baseball and a few others, have their own registration and accounting system, which does not integrate with Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department finances. To use a credit card, or account credit in our office, the program you are paying for must be a Parks and Recreation program with an activity number attached to it.?

2. How come I can't register for a program over the phone?

All of our programs require parental permission in the form of a signed/agreed-upon waiver. Taking registrations over the phone would not allow for this mandatory requirement.

3. I just created an online account. How come I can't see my other transaction history?

If you've done business with us in the past, and you create an online account without our assistance, you do not get the benefit of pulling in account history - the system sees you as an entirely new person/family. If you call or email our office, a staff can help you.
